Job description:
King Maintenance is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our family owned company team. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are tidy, organized, and welcoming. This role is essential in providing a safe and clean environment for both employees and visitors in Springfield area Offices & or Medical Clinics.
We are looking for long term cleaners in part time positions - we do not have any short-term or temporary for full time employment available.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting & vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize entrances, lobbies, restrooms, exam rooms, break rooms and common areas.
- Dispose of trash materials properly.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages.
- Follow established safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with special deep cleaning projects as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent attendance & time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment usage.
- Physical stamina to perform standing cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and management effectively. Must have a working smart phone, with a working voicemail.
Must have reliable transportation to get yourself to and from work, a good attendance record with previous companies. Must be at least 18 to apply.
$15.00 per hour / Tuesday & Friday / 6:30pm-10:30pm / 2 buildings - 8 hours per wk
* You can pick up Relief/Coverage hours on Mondays, Wednesday's and Thursday's if you would like more hours.
You will receive an increase in pay at 90 days & at your 1 year evaluation, so you'll be rewarded for your hard work and dedication. Bi-weekly direct deposit.
