Schedule: 3 x 12-hour Night Shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment. The ideal candidate must be proficient in both scrubbing and circulating and have recent acute care operating room experience. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced surgical environment and possess strong experience in multiple surgical specialties.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care in the operating room.
- Perform both scrub and circulating duties during surgical procedures.
- Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and sterile supplies for surgery.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to ensure safe patient care.
- Maintain sterile technique and adhere to infection prevention standards.
- Monitor patient safety throughout surgical procedures.
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,200.00 per week
Experience:
- Operating Room nursing : 2 years (Required)
- OR : 1 year (Required)
- Previous travel nursing : 1 year (Required)
- scrubbing and circulating: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- Active RN license (Required)
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. (Required)
