Your Mission Keep our clients cared for and our caregivers supported by running a tight, reliable schedule every single day.
You Will:
- Own the scheduling function end‑to‑end
- Jump on call‑offs and fill shifts with speed and creativity
- Build relationships with caregivers so they want to pick up shifts
- Use scheduling platforms like AxisCare, WellSky, ClearCare, or similar tools
- Partner with the owner on intake, staffing strategy, and workflow design
- Help create the systems and processes that will scale the business
- Participate in the on‑call rotation as part of our shared commitment to reliability
