Honda of Indian Trail is looking for a proven, high-performing Service Advisor who knows how to drive numbers and deliver exceptional customer experience. If you are not consistently producing, this is not the store for you. We are building a team of A players who take ownership of their drive, their customers, and their paycheck.
Our advisors are expected to perform at a high level and maximize every opportunity. The target is $225+ gross per CP RO while maintaining excellent CSE scores. If you know how to properly present services, build trust with customers, and control your repair orders, you will thrive here.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years of Service Advisor experience
- Proven ability to produce $225+ gross per CP RO
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction (CSE)
- CDK experience preferred
- Ability to manage a high-volume drive and maximize opportunities
- Professional, confident, and results-driven
