What You’ll Do:

Install, configure, and troubleshoot access control, surveillance, RTLS, and nurse call systems

Run and terminate cabling; install devices and system components

Configure servers, network switches, and UPS equipment

Lead on-site teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope

Collaborate with project managers and engineers to execute system designs

Train clients on system operation and best practices

Build strong customer relationships and provide ongoing support

Participate in vendor and industry training to expand technical expertise

Job Requirements

4+ years of low-voltage installation experience.

Associates degree from a two-year college or university preferred but not required.

Experience with fiber splicing.

State licensure is preferred.

Previous people management and/or team development experience is preferred.

Ability to work within the estimated job scope and budget is crucial to the success of this position.

Physical ability to perform required job tasks.

Must have a positive attitude and ability to communicate well with clients and team including email, phone, and in-person.

Industry or Vendor certifications are a plus.

Must hold a valid Driver’s License and be able to pass a One Source Background check.

A basic understanding of LAN’s and IP addressing is required.
