About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to provide expert repair and maintenance services for high-end fitness equipment and premium consumer appliances. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that complex mechanical systems are restored to peak performance while delivering a superior customer experience.
Responsibilities-
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in treadmills, smart home gyms, massage chairs, and cooling units.

Execute precise repairs according to manufacturer technical specifications to ensure product longevity and safety.

Interpret complex service manuals and schematics to identify necessary components and repair pathways.

Maintain high standards of service quality to drive customer satisfaction and brand loyalty for our premium clients.

Document service outcomes and communicate effectively with dispatch and support teams via mobile technology.

Manage your own service schedule and logistics to ensure timely arrival and efficient completion of on-site repairs.
Qualifications-
Proven mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using power and hand tools.

Ability to read and follow detailed technical assembly and repair instructions.

Possession of a valid EIN and ability to operate as an independent contractor.
