Job Overview
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for a dedicated regional position based out of Minooka, Illinois. Drivers will operate throughout the Midwest hauling a combination of refrigerated and dry van freight.
This position offers strong weekly earnings, predictable night-shift operations, and home time that includes weekly home time with one to two additional nights at home during many workweeks.
Pay & Benefits
- $1,500–$1,700 average weekly pay
- Approximately $78,000–$88,400 annually
- Mileage pay up to $0.49 CPM, based on verifiable experience

Schedule
- Night-shift operation
- Start times approximately 6:00 PM–9:00 PM
- Most deliveries scheduled between 4:00 AM and 8:00 AM
- Weekend availability required
- Routes and schedules may vary based on operational and customer requirements
Freight & Operating Area
Drivers will operate dedicated regional routes throughout the Midwest, including:
- Illinois
- Indiana
- Michigan
- Ohio
- Wisconsin
- Minnesota
- Iowa
- Nebraska
Freight consists of both refrigerated and dry van loads. Drivers should be comfortable operating refrigerated equipment and handling temperature-controlled freight.
CDL-A Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 1 year of comparable CDL-A driving experience within the previous 3 years
- Must be available for night-shift operations
- Must be available to work weekends
- Must live within approximately a 40-minute commute of Minooka, IL
