Store Manager: Bear bubble tea (Full-time)
Location: 217 e Dimond Blvd. anchorage Alaska 99515
Pay: $23-29 per hour (base rate + tips)
Schedule: Full-time, flexible hours (including weekends or evenings as needed)

Job Description:
The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, leads and supports the Bobarista team, and ensures consistent quality and excellent customer service. This is a hands-on role — the manager will also work on the floor, assist customers, and help prepare drinks during busy hours.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and motivate team members
- Work on the floor alongside the team to ensure smooth service
- Ensure excellent customer service and drink quality
- Manage store opening/closing duties
- Handle scheduling, inventory, and ordering supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist with hiring and performance evaluations
- Communicate with the owner about store updates and goals
- Assist with scheduling and be able to cover shifts that are needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in food, beverage, or retail management (1+ year preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Able to carry heavy items when needed
- Dependable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic with teamwork mindset
- Must be responsible, respectful, and able to follow directions from ownership
- Demonstrated loyalty or integrity and dedication to company values
