Job Summary
Are you great with people, reliable, and looking for a stable office role with great earning potential? Texas Premium Insurance Services is seeking a friendly, bilingual (English/Spanish) Insurance Sales and Service Representative to join our team.
In this role, you will be the face and voice of our office—handling customer service, quoting, and day-to-day policy management. We provide full Paid Training to teach you our systems, so if you enjoy staying busy, helping people, and working in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you!
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
Our office workflow is hands-on and keeps you engaged. On a typical day, you will:
- Assist Customers: Answer incoming phone calls and help walk-in clients with a welcoming attitude.
- Process Payments: Take and process customer insurance payments securely when they call or stop by to pay their monthly bill.
- Quote & Compare Rates: Take down client information to run quotes and find the most affordable coverage for new policies.
- Review Renewals: Check upcoming policy renewals to proactively find customers a better rate and rewrite them if needed.
- Policy Updates: Make standard changes to policies (like adding a vehicle or driver) and upload documents to our systems.
- Proactive Daily Tasks: Send out daily payment reminders to help clients keep their coverage active and follow up on recent quotes.
- Communication: Respond to incoming text messages, emails, and client inquiries throughout the day.
- Office Care: Help keep our office space and desk area tidy, clean, and welcoming for our team and walk-in customers.
Requirements & Skills
We are looking for someone dependable who can maintain a standard, efficient office workflow:
- Bilingual: Must be able to speak, read, and write fluently in both English and Spanish to assist our community and handle documents.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfort opening Google Chrome pages, entering data, navigating carrier websites, and handling basic emails. Standard typing speed and accuracy are perfectly fine!
- Organized: Ability to handle normal everyday multitasking (like talking on the phone while looking up an account).
- Familiarity with Office Tools: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Licensing: An active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines license is a big plus, but we are open to training the right person.

Pay: $27,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
