Mikey V’s Foods is looking for a dependable, hands-on Warehouse Lead to manage daily warehouse operations while working on the floor alongside the team. This is a working leadership role involving shipping, receiving, inventory control, pallet building, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Shipping and receiving of finished goods, raw materials, and packaging
- Build, stage, and load pallets for customer shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory and perform cycle counts
- Move materials to and from production areas as needed
- Coordinate daily warehouse needs with the Production Manager
- Track shipments and assist with order status inquiries
- Keep warehouse clean, organized, and food-safety compliant
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse or manufacturing experience (food manufacturing preferred)
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and perform physical work daily
- Experience with pallet building and shipping
- Forklift experience a plus (or willing to be trained)
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during shipping & receiving tasks.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
