Job Description
We're looking for reliable, energetic, and physically capable team members to assist with setup for Framily Field Day, an annual community celebration bringing together families and friends for a day of fun, games, and connection.
This is a one-day event setup opportunity ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, event production, and being part of a positive community experience.
Responsibilities
- Move and position heavy folding tables and event equipment
- Assist with setting up tarps, tents, and activity areas
- Help unload and organize event supplies
- Follow setup instructions from the event coordinator
- Work efficiently as part of a team to prepare the event site before guests arrive
Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry 50+ pounds safely
- Comfortable working outdoors in the early morning
- Reliable and punctual (arrival by 5:00 AM is required)
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Event setup or manual labor experience is a plus but not required
Compensation
- $30 per hour
