NO WINE EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Smith Creek Winery has immediate openings for Sales Associates. We are looking for extroverted applicants that will provide excellent guest service with a friendly, fun, and caring attitude. Prior wine experience or knowledge is not required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers in a fun, energetic manner always.
- Obtain merchandise requested by customer and receives merchandise selected by customer.
- Answer customer questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise.
Requirements:
- Great customer service skills are a must!
- Strong verbal and written communication skills specifically with customers and associates.
- Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Able to stand and move about for extended periods of time; reach, bend, stoop, etc. to handle products.
- Available to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient with technology.
- Must pass background screening.
Competencies:
- Customer engagement skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees.
- Retail knowledge and experience preferred.
