What You'll Do
- Coordinate reconstruction projects from start to finish
- Track schedules, job progress, budgets, and project documentation
- Manage contracts, permits, change orders, and project files
- Maintain accurate information in company software and insurance platforms
- Support Project Managers with project coordination and administrative tasks
- Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects moving
- Help ensure every project is completed accurately, efficiently, and with an exceptional customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Construction, restoration, project coordination, or project administration experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable learning and using multiple software systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
