Duties
- Develop and execute outside sales strategies to expand our customer base within assigned territories
- Manage key accounts through ongoing communication, upselling, and tailored solutions to meet client needs
- Conduct business development activities including lead generation, cold calling, and networking to identify new opportunities
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer information, and analyze market trends
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Maintain comprehensive territory management by analyzing market data, identifying growth areas, and planning targeted outreach efforts
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently.
- Schedule work assignments for each day
- Purchase supplies and materials for each Auto Glass job assignment.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong background in management or business development roles with an emphasis on territory management and lead generation
- Familiarity with CRM software platforms like Salesforce or similar tools for tracking sales pipelines and customer
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with analysis skills to assess client needs and craft tailored solutions
- Experience in retail sales or inside sales environments is advantageous but not required
- Ability to conduct cold calls confidently while maintaining professionalism and persistence
