About Inclusive ABA
Inclusive ABA is a trusted in-home and in-school ABA agency serving children across Colorado for many years. Our mission is to help every child feel inclusive through high-quality, compassionate ABA services.
We’re currently hiring BCBAs for both full-time roles and evening hours (3:00–7:00 PM) to support our growing number of clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing clinical support
- Implement and adjust ABA treatment programs
- Collaborate with families, schools, and team members
- Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification (BACB) in good standing
- Must reside in Colorado
- Reliable transportation for in-home or school visits
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Must pass background check
