Summary
We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our culinary team at Cowford Chophouse. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality grilled dishes that align with our upscale dining standards. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our guests' memorable dining experiences.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items to perfection, ensuring high standards of taste and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan and execute menu items efficiently.
- Monitor food quality and portion sizes to meet restaurant standards.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Assist in menu planning by providing input on seasonal ingredients and special dishes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Grill Cook or in a similar culinary role, preferably in fine dining.
- Strong knowledge of food handling and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent culinary skills with a passion for creating exceptional dishes.
- Team player with good communication skills.
