Nova Dental Care is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our expanding team in Mundelein, IL. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming environment while offering advanced treatment including dental implants, oral surgery, restorative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and digital technology.

Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting during restorative and surgical procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after patients
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
- Take digital X-rays
- Assist with implant and oral surgery procedures
- Prepare materials and instruments for treatment
- Provide patients with pre- and post-operative instructions
- Chart accurately and assist with clinical documentation
- Help maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
- Support teammates to ensure an exceptional patient experience
Qualifications
- Dental assisting experience preferred
- Current Illinois dental assisting requirements (X-ray certification if applicable)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Implant or surgical experience is a plus but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
