We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week contract assignment in a Long Term Care (LTC) facility in Julesburg, Colorado. This role offers a consistent day schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents’ quality of life.
Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient status and report changes to RN or physician
Assist with daily living activities and ensure comfort and safety
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
Active Colorado LPN license (or compact eligibility)
Previous LTC or skilled nursing experience preferred
BLS certification (AHA preferred)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
