Vero Power is the dedicated installation arm of Lux Financial, a residential solar and battery storage financier. Unlike third-party installers, Vero installs exclusively for Lux customers. Our sole focus is Lux customer satisfaction from signed contract through system commissioning and beyond.
We're a small, fast-moving team. No corporate bloat, no hiding behind process. We want people who genuinely care about the quality of their work and take ownership without being told to.
Position Summary
This role sits at the intersection of customer experience and project funding operations. You'll be the primary point of contact for homeowners moving through their solar install, while also working closely with sales reps to verify contract and Notice to Proceed stipulations required by our finance partner, Lux Financial, so projects don't stall out before they even get started.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers from contract signing through system activation, answering questions and resolving issues promptly
- Work directly with sales representatives to verify and clear outstanding contract and Notice to Proceed stipulations from Lux Financial, keeping deals moving through funding
- Track and manage project funding milestones (permitting, install, inspection, PTO) and ensure documentation is submitted on time to trigger payment releases
- Coordinate with internal teams (permitting, field ops, QC) to keep customers updated on project status
- Manage customer inquiries related to billing, lease terms, and system performance
- Flag stalled projects, missing stipulations, or funding bottlenecks to leadership
- Maintain accurate records in Coperniq (CRM) and related systems
- Support resolution of any warranty, service, or escalated customer concerns
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years in customer service, project coordination, or administrative/finance support (solar or construction industry a plus, not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable talking to both customers and sales reps
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Detail-oriented, especially with documentation and paperwork
- Proficient with Google Workspace and CRM tools
- Self-starter who can work independently, catch problems before they become fires, and escalate appropriately
- Cares about doing the job right, not just doing the job
Compensation & Benefits
- $40,000-$50,000 base salary, depending on experience
- Quarterly performance bonuses
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
