Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Facilities Management Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lighting
- Complete preventative maintenance inspections and scheduled service tasks
- Troubleshoot and repair facility-related equipment and infrastructure issues
- Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner
- Conduct general building upkeep including carpentry, painting, and minor construction
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and functionality of facilities and surrounding grounds as needed
- Monitor building systems to ensure proper operation and report deficiencies
- Assist with installation and relocation of equipment, furniture, or office layouts
- Support vendor and contractor activities, ensuring compliance with company safety standards
- Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and inventory of supplies and tools
- Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building services, or related field
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance practices
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking systems (CMMS preferred)

Work Environment
- Manufacturing and industrial facility setting
- Exposure to machinery, noise, and maintenance hazards
- May require overtime, weekend, or on-call support as needed
Preferred Certifications
- HVAC Certification (EPA preferred)
- Electrical or mechanical trade certification
- Forklift and/or aerial lift certification
- OSHA safety training
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
