Director of Community Outreach
About the Opportunity
We're opening a brand new private pay assisted living community and looking for a Director of Community Outreach to help build it from the ground up. This is a founding team role with direct ownership over outreach and admissions strategy from day one, and a clear path to a broader regional role as our portfolio grows.

Serve as the liaison between families, referral sources, and community teams, resolving concerns quickly and professionally
Partner with corporate and community teams to hit occupancy goals, monthly tour quotas, and outreach targets, especially during pre-opening and stabilization
Provide daily updates on lead pipeline and conversion progress
