Impact Management Group, LLC is seeking a high-energy, multi-tasking pro to manage 3 communities in the Madison/Middleton markets. We are looking for a detail-oriented Property Manager, with a strong background in resident relations, lease up pro, and assertive oversight of the day-to-day operations of these 3 apartment communities.
We offer 25 days of PTO and 6 paid holidays!
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants and contractors
- Negotiate leases/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
- Advertise and market available homes
- Sign new leases and renew existing leases
- Collect rent from tenants and handle evictions as needed
- Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
- Oversee properties’ personnel performance and supervision
Skills:
- Friendly and outgoing and likes work-life balance
- Knowledge of Affordable Housing Programs.
- REALPAGE a plus
- Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
- In-depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
- Interpersonal savvy with strong communication skills
- Well organized with excellent time management skills

Experience:
Property Management: 3-5 years (required)
