Signs4Installers is looking for an organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented team player to join our Greensboro facility. In this role, you will split your time between supporting our customers, assisting in production, and helping keep our shop running smoothly, which includes operating precision equipment, organizing materials, and preparing and shipping orders.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Answer phone calls and emails to guide customers through product questions, orders, and design details in a friendly, professional manner.
- Production Assistance: Assist with engraving, printing, cleaning, and quality-checking signs and labels. You will learn to operate our production equipment and support same-day order turnaround.
- Workspace Organization & Maintenance: Perform routine upkeep on production machinery (such as laser engravers and cutters) while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized shop floor.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pull, package, and prepare daily shipments with high attention to detail.
- Team Collaboration: Pitch in wherever needed. We are a small, tight-knit team where everyone's contribution is valued.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a structured shop, warehouse, or organized production environment is a plus.
- Attitude: Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player who takes pride in an organized workspace.
- Organization: Exceptionally detail-oriented with excellent time management skills and the ability to balance different tasks throughout the day.
- Communication: Clear and friendly communication skills, both in person with teammates and over the phone with customers.
- Tech Literacy: Basic familiarity with email and digital tools. Full training will be provided for all company-specific systems and equipment.
- Bonus: An interest in or familiarity with trade industries (like electrical, plumbing, or HVAC) is helpful, as many of our clients are contractors in these fields.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: $31,200 per year ($15.00/hr equivalent).
- Paid Time Off (PTO): 15 days per year (120 hours, accrued bi-monthly). Up to 5 days may roll over annually, with a cap of 20 total days.
- Paid Holidays: 7 per year: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
- Wellness Incentive: $350 annual stipend for health or fitness-related expenses.
