Responsibilities:

Relationship Management: Partner with senior managers to manage, support, and maintain strong, professional relationships with our tenants and business partners.

Organizational Development: Create, maintain, and manage the organizational structures, systems, and tools that keep our office running efficiently.

Operational & Data Support: Utilize basic math and spreadsheet tools to manage data entry, organize files, and track essential office metrics.

Office Facilitation: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, manage professional correspondence, and ensure a welcoming and organized environment for clients and team members.
Qualifications:

Software Fundamentals: You are comfortable and familiar with the basics of spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and word processing (Word/Google Docs). You don't need to be an expert, but you must be comfortable navigating them.
