A healthcare organization is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Medical Surgical team. - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the healthcare team
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
- Respond promptly to patient needs and concerns
- Educate patients and caregivers on medical conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
- Adhere to all regulatory, safety, and clinical practice standards
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for licensure
- Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Previous acute care or hospital experience preferred
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
