POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal with experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury to join our team in Beverly Hills. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Draft correspondence, legal notices, and pleadings (summons, complaints, motions, trial documents)
- Propound and respond to written discovery
- Coordinate service of process and track proofs of service
- Maintain and manage attorney calendars and court deadlines
- Schedule depositions, hearings, and court appearances
- Prepare and finalize subpoenas and deposition notices
- Organize and manage trial documents, including exhibit lists and trial briefs
- Review mail and ensure all deadlines and filings are properly tracked

Requirements
- 2+ year of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Secretary in Plaintiff Personal Injury
- Strong understanding of California litigation procedure
- Experience with calendaring, court filings, and discovery
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Must be able to work on-site in Beverly Hills, CA
