Duties
- Perform carpentry tasks including framing, drywall installation, door and window replacement, and interior finishing.
- Conduct electrical work such as wiring, electrical equipment repair, troubleshooting circuits, and reading schematics.
- Maintain plumbing systems by repairing leaks, replacing fixtures, and performing routine plumbing system maintenance.
- Utilize hand tools and electrical equipment to complete maintenance tasks efficiently and safely.
- Perform painting tasks including surface preparation and residential painting.
- Install flooring and siding
Skills
- Strong experience repair
- Proficiency with hand tools, electrical equipment repair, welding techniques, and plumbing systems.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems including repair and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with building interior maintenance such as painting, carpentry, drywall installation, and fixture replacement.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English.
