We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented District Sales Support to join our Air Cargo Sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment, enjoys customer interaction, and is driven to support business growth.
What You’ll Do
- The District Sales Support role supports field sales efforts and key sales and customer service activities across assigned districts, including:
- Proactive customer outreach
- Flight firming and shipment support
- ·Booking management
- Allocation / Flight management
- Billing support
- Coordination of account-related activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

What You Bring
· Two years of experience in air freight, logistics, or freight forwarding (required).
· Strong communication and customer service skills.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
· Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
· Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
