The Best Western Plus Truckee Tahoe Hotel is looking for an overnight hotel front desk agent.
Overnight Hotel Front Desk Agent (Fridays and Saturdays 11:30pm-8:00am)
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Daily Opening and Closing duties
- Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner to achieve "True Hospitality" experience for our guests
- Thoroughly understand and adheres to proper credit, handling policies and procedures.
- Answering phone calls and book reservations according to the hotel procedure
- Knowledge of all on-line reservation portals
- Display good organization and time management skills
- Maintains the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk area
- Complete project assignments on time
