Home2 Suites by Hilton DFW Airport North is looking for a dependable, friendly, and motivated team member to join our family as a Part-Time Shuttle Driver / Houseman. If you enjoy helping people, take pride in keeping things clean and organized, and love providing outstanding guest service, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities
As our Shuttle Driver / Houseman, you'll play an important role in creating a great experience for our guests by:
- Safely transporting guests to and from DFW Airport using the hotel shuttle.
- Providing friendly, professional service while assisting guests with luggage and directions.
- Performing daily vehicle inspections, including checking fuel levels, fluid levels, tire pressure, and overall cleanliness.
- Keeping the shuttle clean and presentable inside and out.
- Assisting with public area cleaning, including the lobby, breakfast area, hallways, fitness center, patios, and entrances.
- Emptying trash, vacuuming, dusting, and helping maintain the overall appearance of the hotel.
- Assisting with light housekeeping or maintenance tasks as needed.
- Following shuttle schedules while remaining flexible to meet guest transportation needs.
- Communicating effectively with the Front Desk regarding guest pickups, arrivals, and any transportation concerns.
- Providing exceptional hospitality to every guest you encounter.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous driving or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to safely operate a passenger shuttle van.
- Friendly, positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
