Job Overview
As an inside sales representative at Hi-Tech Compressor & Pump Inc., you will play an essential role in quoting, ordering parts, & assisting our outside sales team. You will have the opportunity to work as part of a team and strengthen valuable skills including organization, communication, and attention to detail. In combination with preparing sales orders, & invoices, you will work with various departments who are committed to helping you find success. Responsibilities
- Quote and order processing.
- Monitor ordering for on-time delivery based on agreed customer expectations.
- Managing distribution of shipments to their necessary party in the company
- Complete paperwork / BOLs
- Review purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
- Partnership with Sales Team to ensure customers’ needs are met in a timely manner
Requirements
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- 3+ years of sales and/or account management experience.
- Must be flexible and willing to work overtime when needed
- Ability to deal with problems involving multiple variables in changing pressure-filled situations
- Excellent mathematical and reading skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work well with all departments, and customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Quick Book
- Ability to work independently and interface across internal departments
- Strong organizational skills.
