American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Neuro Trauma/Surgical ICU (NT/SICU) position in California, requiring a minimum of 5 years of acute critical care experience and prior travel nursing experience.

Level II trauma NT/SICU unit in a hospital setting

Specializes in neuro and trauma patient populations
-
12-bed unit with a 2:1 patient-to-nurse ratio

Procedures and monitoring include ICP monitors, CRRT, and lumbar drains

Epic EMR — experience required
-
Day shift, 12-hour shifts with a 0700 start time

Floating required to Cardiovascular, Telemetry, ICU/CCU, or Med/Surg units as needed

13-week contract

Active CA RN license currently in hand

Current BLS and ACLS certifications required

Minimum 5 years of acute critical care experience

Level II trauma critical care experience required

Epic EMR experience required

Prior travel nursing experience required
