As a Senior Software Engineer I at Aledade, we maintain, improve, and expand our web application and data pipelines. The Insights team empowers Point-of-Care (PoC) teams and stakeholders with actionable insights and data-driven intelligence so that the Aledade Overlay (across all modalities) delivers measurable clinical impact, backed by robust analytics infrastructure and unified metrics collection and storage. We transform complex PoC data into clear signals (e.g., breakage detection, experimentation, viewing rate analytics) that drive Overlay adoption, detect issues early, and optimize the provider experience at the point of care.
We may use automated tools, including artificial intelligence (AI), to help organize and evaluate application materials. These tools support our recruiters and hiring managers by helping manage large applicant pools. Human judgment plays an essential role in our hiring process, including in the oversight and use of any automated tools.
