We're hiring a licensed pharmacist for a contract position where you’ll use your clinical expertise to ensure the safe and thoughtful distribution of medications to individuals navigating a range of physical and mental health challenges.
Minimum Requirements:

Must have State License to Apply

6 months Pharmacist experience preferred

Pharmacist license in the state of practice: Required

All licensures and certifications needed to fulfill the duties required of a Pharmacist at the state level: Required

EPIC and Cerner experience within the last 5 years
-
Recent EPIC experience within the last 12 months
-
Each work history entry must list the charting system used
-
If multiple EMR systems are listed on one job, dates must be provided to clarify when each system was used
-
Graduate of school of pharmacy: Required
