Job Description
Earl Deans Home Services is looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our growing home services company.
The primary focus of this position is window cleaning, including interior and exterior residential and commercial windows. However, we are looking for someone who is flexible and willing to assist our residential cleaning team when window-cleaning work is lighter or additional help is needed.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with their hands, doesn't want to sit behind a desk, and takes pride in seeing the results of their work.
Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior window cleaning
- Clean window glass, screens, tracks, frames, and sills
- Work safely from ladders and around homes and businesses
- Assist with residential house cleaning as needed
- Help with deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, and recurring cleaning
- Properly use and care for company equipment and supplies
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Follow company checklists and quality standards
- Take before/after photos when required
- Work independently and as part of a team
What We're Looking For
- Dependable and shows up when scheduled
- Comfortable working outdoors and in Oklahoma weather
- Comfortable using ladders and working at heights
- Physically able to bend, reach, lift equipment, and remain active throughout the day
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in doing quality work
- Willing to clean homes in addition to window-cleaning work
- Professional around customers and their property
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Previous window cleaning, house cleaning, pressure washing, landscaping, construction, or other hands-on experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule: Part-time with opportunity for additional hours as business grows
