TriHealth Family Wellness Center is a rapidly growing multispecialty medical group serving the Tampa Bay and North Florida regions with locations in Wesley Chapel, Gainesville, and Temple Terrace. We focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered outpatient care with services including Primary Care, Women’s Health, Weight Loss, Preventive Medicine, Chronic Disease Management, and specialty services.
Our Gainesville location continues to experience strong patient growth, and we are seeking a motivated Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our expanding team.

Responsibilities
- Preventive and wellness visits
- Chronic disease management
- Acute care visits
- Annual physicals
- Value-based/HMO care
- Coordination of specialty referrals and follow-up care
- Building long-term patient relationships

Qualifications
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and patient relationship skills
- Interest in preventive and value-based care
- Team-oriented mindset
- Experience with HMO populations is a plus
