Transdev in Tinley Park, IL is hiring a Quality Assurance. The Quality Assurance is responsible for overseeing service, quality, and customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations, corporate policies, and Client standards. This position combines performance monitoring, customer satisfaction management, and operational oversight to drive excellence in service delivery. This position requires the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work effectively with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Ensures the quality and standards of service provided by subcontractors and Transdev staff are in compliance with the contract entered into with the client
Daily, weekly and monthly data collection, analysis, reporting and reconciliations related to working hours, call center statistics, operational performance, call counts, etc.
Live monitoring, review and analysis of KPI dashboards and efforts to achieve
Tracking service trends and developing improvement plans.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
3 years of QA/QC management experience preferred
3 years of paratransit experience preferred
Computer literate with working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience using Trapeze & Genesys phone system is a plus
Excellent customer service & communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to foster a culture of accountability and quality service.
Proven ability to handle and think critically through sensitive customer concerns.
Experience managing multiple tasks, tools, and modules (e.g. phone systems, digital content management).
Ability to support and collaborate with multiple managers while coaching staff for service improvement.
