Job Description
Overview
Aspire Behavior Consulting is currently hiring for our Center and School departments. This position involves working with individuals across a wide range of ages and disabilities, with a focus on addressing intensive and challenging behaviors. The ideal candidate will possess foundational knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), be credentialed as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), have experience working with complex behavioral needs, and demonstrate a strong interest in further developing their clinical skills and professional expertise.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in an Center Based environment, and School Based Settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
- Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan.
- Provide regular written and verbal progress updates on treatment goals.
- Support the BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Participate in team meetings and training workshops.
- Ensure that the client is in a safe and positive environment at all times.
- Follows the policies and procedures of Aspire Behavior Consulting
- Maintain confidentiality of records relating to client's treatment, as well as HIPAA standards.
- Prepare and maintain all required treatment records and reports.
- Attend weekly/monthly meetings with Director and clinics/company trainings.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 48 credit hours towards a Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred
- Experience working with children and adults with developmental disabilities.
- Experience working with children and adults with behavior problems.
- Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis as an RBT.
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have a passion for working with people with disabilities.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Must pass DOJ & FBI Live Scan Background Clearance
- TB Clearance and Immunization records

- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Pay: DOE (Competitive Pay)
