Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences
- Ensure all food handling and safety standards are strictly followed during food preparation and service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper knife skills for efficient food prep
- Support food service operations by managing timely pizza assembly and delivery within the restaurant or catering events
- Handle food with care, ensuring quality control from ingredient storage to final presentation
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service and uphold the Club's reputation for quality
Experience
- Previous dietary department or dietary aide experience is highly valued, especially in settings emphasizing meal preparation and food safety
- Proven culinary experience in a restaurant or fine dining environment, demonstrating strong cooking skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with food handling, and catering operations enhances your ability to excel in this role
- Experience with food industry standards related to kitchen safety, knife skills, and meal preparation is preferred
- Knowledge of food service protocols, including serving techniques and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
