Indiana Heart Physicians (IHP) has been delivering leading cardiovascular care since 1978, offering comprehensive services through board‑certified cardiologists across multidisciplinary clinics, including cardio‑oncology, heart failure, A‑Fib, cardio‑genetics, and structural heart. IHP provides advanced cardiac imaging and participates in research and clinical trials to bring patients the latest innovations in heart care. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Provide management oversight to the daily operations at IHP and implementation of strategic and operational plans
Provide assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the practice activity while promoting collaboration among all members of the health care team.
Work jointly with Operations Director in the operation of the practice site in responding to both clinical and managerial needs.
Prepare, manage and control budget.
Monitor and analyzes any variances.
Oversee staffing, interviews, performance appraisals, and creates an atmosphere and conditions that are conducive to, and foster, motivation of employees.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma/GED - Required
Bachelor's Degree Healthcare, Business or Related Field - Required
6 years Healthcare Management in lieu of BS degree - Required
8 years Healthcare Management - Preferred
2 years Healthcare Administration Physician Office - Required
