Job description:
We’re seeking a versatile and reliable Handyman/Building Technician to support, maintain & repair properties we manage in
- Northwest Hills / Arboretum Area
- Rainey Street Historic District / Downtown
- Barton Creek

Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance in construction, painting, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
- Support tenant improvements and office reconfigurations
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Respond to service requests and emergency calls (on-call availability required)
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Required to furnish own vehicle compliant with applicable vehicular regulations including valid insurance
Qualifications:
- Experience in multiple trades
- All levels of experience from entry & mid-level to highly skilled will be considered
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Experience in commercial office environments preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Trade License/Certifications (Preferred but not required):
- Journeyman HVAC Technician
- Journeyman Electrician and up
- Journeyman Plumber and up
- OSHA 10 or 30
- General Contractor or Maintenance Technician Certification
