Materials & Equipment Coordinator - Bilingual

Blue Haven Pools & Spas is seeking a dependable, bilingual Materials & Equipment Coordinator to support our pool construction operations. This is a hands-on, field-based position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and working independently.
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure our crews have the materials, tools, and equipment they need, where and when they need them.
Responsibilities
- Pick up, deliver, and transport materials, tools, and equipment between vendors, storage locations, and jobsites.
- Load, unload, organize, and safely secure materials and equipment.
- Properly protect materials and equipment from weather and the elements during storage and transportation.
- Coordinate with construction crews and management to prioritize daily material and equipment needs.
- Help track company tools and equipment moving between jobsites.
- Inspect deliveries and communicate shortages, damage, or incorrect materials.
- Keep the company vehicle and material areas clean and organized.
- Work independently and adjust to changing jobsite priorities throughout the day.
- Follow safe driving, lifting, loading, and jobsite practices.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Dependable, punctual, organized, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable driving between multiple jobsites throughout the day.
- Able to regularly lift and carry up to 70 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Construction, materials handling, delivery, warehouse, equipment, or similar field experience is preferred.
- Experience driving trucks, towing trailers, securing loads, or handling construction materials is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
