Job Overview
We are looking for a sales associate to join our growing FS8 team.
The sales associate of FS8 will be responsible for the studio's sales while also supporting studio upkeep and aesthetics. This person will play a pivotal role in day to day sales and task management of the studios, social media, member care, promote the health/wellness benefits associated with a healthy lifestyle, as well as working with the sales team to drive membership sales and retention. This will be our first of several locations, so there will opportunity to grow from here!
Duties
- Lead generation, sales and business partnerships are the bedrock of this role.
- Implement effective retail management strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Work with our point-of-sale (POS) systems, ensuring accurate transactions and record keeping.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain stock levels to meet demand.
Experience
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales and have a burning passion for helping others achieve their goals. Familiarity with administrative duties is essential, along with proficiency in POS systems. Experience in sales management is a plus, as well as any background in clerical work that demonstrates attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
