Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, functionality, and safety of the property. This position performs a variety of maintenance tasks including plumbing repairs, landscaping, grounds maintenance, and general property cleanup. The Maintenance Technician works primarily outdoors and must be able to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform routine plumbing repairs, including repairing water leaks, repairing sewage lines, and maintaining water service lines.
- Maintain the appearance of the community through mowing, weed trimming, edging, tree trimming, and landscaping.
- Perform general grounds maintenance, including trash removal, debris cleanup, and maintaining common areas.
- Respond to and complete assigned work orders in a timely manner.
- Assist with water and sewer line repairs under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Operate and maintain company vehicles, lawn equipment, power tools, and other maintenance equipment safely.
- Report damaged equipment, safety hazards, or maintenance concerns to management immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and storage areas.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Experience:
- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Required)
- Plumbing: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver license (Required)
