HTS AmeriTek is a 40-year, family-owned industrial services company serving the Gulf Coast petrochemical, refining, and fabrication industries. We're hiring a Mechanical Operations Manager to lead and grow our mechanical services division.
This is a leadership role — you'll own the division, build the team, and drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the mechanical services division across the Gulf Coast
- Coordinate field machining operations (flange facing, line boring, milling)
- Manage pipe cutting and beveling operations (2"–60")
- Oversee specialty mechanical services: hot tapping, line stopping, leak repair/sealing, line freezing, line isolation, stud-bolt removal
- Develop job procedures and ensure tool calibration and QA/QC turnover documentation
- Schedule crews and serve as primary client contact on active jobs
- Support 24/7/365 dispatch as needed
Qualifications
- Experience managing mechanical or specialty services crews in petrochemical, refining, or industrial settings
- Working knowledge of applicable ASME and API standards
- Strong communication skills — client-facing role
- Ability to read, write, and enforce technical job procedures
- Valid driver's license; ability to pass background check and drug screen
