The Clubhouse at Sports Illustrated Resort Nashville is looking for dependable, energetic Cooks to join our culinary starting lineup. Our lounge operates with a fast-paced, concession-style menu that begins with breakfast in the morning and shifts into ballpark-inspired favorites throughout the rest of the day.
You will prepare food quickly, consistently and safely while helping deliver the kind of quality guests expect from a Sports Illustrated-branded destination. This is a hands-on role for someone who can stay organized, work with urgency and keep the kitchen moving when the crowd arrives.
Your Game Plan
- Prepare and cook breakfast items for morning service
- Execute ballpark-style menu items throughout the day
- Follow recipes, portion standards and presentation guidelines
- Set up and stock your station before each service
- Prepare ingredients and complete daily prep lists
- Work efficiently during busy breakfast, lunch and game-day periods
- Maintain consistent food quality, temperature and presentation
- Communicate with the service team to keep orders accurate and moving
- Monitor inventory and notify leadership when products are running low
- Keep cooking equipment, prep areas and storage spaces clean and organized
- Follow all food-safety, sanitation and allergen procedures
- Assist with receiving, storage, cleaning and closing duties
- Help the team deliver a winning guest experience from first pitch to final whistle
What We’re Looking For
- Previous cooking, concession, quick-service or restaurant experience preferred
- Comfortable working with breakfast and casual concession-style food
- Able to follow recipes and maintain consistent portions
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Able to stay composed during high-volume service
- Reliable, punctual and ready to work as part of a team
- Available for early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift required kitchen supplies
- Knowledge of food-safety and sanitation standards
