Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, quick-on-their-feet Line Cook / Short Order Cook to join our team. In this role, you will smash burgers, prep fresh ingredients, and keep the kitchen firing on all cylinders during our peak night and weekend hours.
Available Shifts & Hours
We have multiple shifts available, with a heavy focus on evening, late-night, and weekend availability.
- Tuesday – Thursday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Friday & Saturday: 8:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Must be comfortable with late-night shifts)
- Sunday: Open availability between 12:00 PM (Noon) – 9:00 PM
What You'll Do
- Set up and stock kitchen stations with all necessary prep and scratch ingredients.
- Cook menu items (burgers, tacos, loaded fries, etc.) quickly and accurately in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace complying with food safety standards.
- Ensure all food comes out hot, fresh, and visually appealing, even during the late-night rush.
- Perform kitchen breakdown and cleaning tasks at the end of the shift.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Proven experience as a Line Cook, Short Order Cook, or Prep Cook is a major plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn go a long way.
- Speed & Stamina: Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Late-Night Availability: Absolute requirement to work the weekend late-night shifts (until 3:30 AM wrap-up).
- Team Player: Strong communication skills and a positive attitude under pressure.
- Food Safety: Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety procedures.
