Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Technician to join TLC. This role involves performing various lawn care and landscape maintenance tasks to ensure our clients' outdoor spaces are clean, crisp & well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and is somebody that is looking to really grow with this company. We are looking for somebody that is loyal, honest & trustworthy & that isn't afraid of hard work!

1-2 years of experience working for a professional lawn care company is required.
Duties
- Perform mowing, trimming, and edging of lawns to maintain a neat appearance.
- Execute landscape maintenance tasks including planting, weeding, mulching, and light chainsaw work
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for various landscaping projects.
- Operate machinery such as zero turn mower.
- Conduct tree care activities including trimming and removal as needed.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular cleaning and minor repairs.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to lawn care equipment and machinery operation.
- Experience in lawn care practices, landscape maintenance, and gardening techniques.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy machine such as zero turn mowers.
- Familiarity with horticulture principles and practices related to plant care.
- Ability to perform tree trimming and care tasks safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work results.
