Our specialties include land reclamation, land clearing, revegetation, drain projects, and brush mowing. We work with coal mines, landfills, quarries, the USACE, and many other organizations.
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for both short-term and long-term contract projects across Southern Illinois, the Midwest, and beyond. The position would not start till April 1, 2026 in Williamstown.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Operate articulating trucks, tractor/pans, scrapers, dozers, and excavators.
- Experience in surface coal mining, landfills, or solar panel sites is a plus.
- Must be self-motivated, safety-conscious, and efficient in production and quality.
- Surface 50023 MSHA certification strongly preferred.
- Some Labor work will be required
Schedule
- Varying schedule, approximately 10–12 hour days, 5–6 days per week.
- Every Sunday off guaranteed.
