We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Armed School Security Officer to join our team in Kennesaw, Georgia. This role is critical in maintaining a secure and safe environment for students, staff, and visitors within the school premises.

Patrol assigned facilities to detect and deter any potential threats or safety violations.

Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, and rule infractions.

Conduct detailed inspections of entry points such as doors, windows, and gates.

Enforce safety policies and address unauthorized or suspicious activity.

Report hazards like fire risks or water leaks and call emergency services as needed.

High School Diploma or GED
-
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Must be at least 21 years of age

Completion of GA State ARMED Security Training Certification (mandatory)

Background check

Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or related field is required.

Ability to stand for long periods and manage physically demanding tasks.

Familiarity with security equipment is essential.

Strong skills in conflict resolution, communication, and situational awareness.
